Seasonal and multi-location programs
Retail and municipal banner work is repeat work. Holding the specification is what stops each season becoming a fresh argument about sizes.

Most banner spend is not one banner. It is a set of sizes that repeats: a storefront run replaced each season, a boulevard program with two banners per pole, a chain where every location needs the same promotion in the size its window allows.
We hold the specification per location: size, material, finish, grommet spacing, pocket dimension. The next campaign is then artwork against a known list, not a fresh round of measuring. That removes the recurring failure in this category, which is a location quietly getting the wrong size year after year because nobody wrote the original down.
For networks already ordering through a private store, banner programs can sit inside it alongside everything else, so a location orders its own size without needing to know what that size is. For everyone else it is a list we keep and quote against.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you keep our sizes on file?
- Yes, and for a multi-location program you should insist on it. Size, material, finish and hardware per location, so next season is artwork against a known list instead of re-measuring storefronts.
- Can locations order their own?
- Yes, through a private ordering store, where each location sees only its own approved sizes. That is a separate Accent service and banner programs slot into it alongside everything else the network orders.
